Restored Sautter Barn

This barn is a perfect example of the turn-of-the-century 1900 barns of the midwest U.S. After 100 years of hard work, and 25 years of rest, it needed a serious restoration! We straightened a bad lean in it (14” in 8’ at the worst!), completely dug out and replaced the bank wall, replaced the siding, repainted, made new doors and authentic louvres, and fixed the leaky roof and gutters! It looks beautiful and stately now! Ready for barn events and community gatherings for years to come!
